It is adorable and fits perfectly. I cannot get it to glow though. I have placed it in full direct light for 24 hours (several times) and tried it - no luck. It may need to be very, very dark outside in order to see the necklace. It still looks cute and we will use it just not as intended. Thank you!

My cat is very fluffy so it’s hard to see, but it’s super cute when she turns her head and you can see a little pop of color! the beads are a bit squishy so she’s not uncomfortable, and she hasn’t tried to bite it off of herself (which is how her last collar got destroyed…)
